If you have a GPS it will be able to help you find our office. However, the GPS may list our office address as Duluth, instead of Johns Creek.
Our Johns Creek facility is not accessible via public transportation. We recommend that clients who are unable to drive use a non-emergency medical transport service. Many of these services are covered by insurance.
From I-285 East or West
Exit 31B onto 141 Peachtree Industrial Blvd. Heading NORTH. (NOTE: If you are
coming from 285 West be sure to keep left at the fork in the ramp so that you
can merge onto Peachtree Industrial Blvd.)
Travel approximately 3.5 miles and road forks - bear to the left following signs
to Cumming/141/Dahlonega
Stay on 141 North, which is also named Peachtree Parkway, approximately 7.5
miles. NOTE: Do not get confused!!! While traveling north on 141, Medlock Bridge
Rd. intersects 141... do NOT turn here... make NO turns until our building.
When 141 crosses State Bridge Rd. (Stoney River Restaurant on the right), it
becomes Medlock Bridge Rd. Once you cross over State Bridge Rd., travel
1.4 miles until Parsons Rd.
Turn left onto Parsons Rd at the BB&T Bank and take the first right into Parsons Meadow
Professional Park.
Onceyou turn into the driveway you will be facing the rear of our building... bear
to the right and then to the left to park in front of the building. We are
on the ground floor.
From 85 South
Exit at Pleasanthill Rd and turn right. Pass the Gwinnett Mall on your
right and continue straight for about 6.5 miles. (Note that around the 5.8
mile mark, Pleasanthill Rd. becomes State Bridge Rd.)
Once on State Bridge Rd. pass a Home Depot and Target on the left and a Walmart
on the right. At the next major intersection, turn right onto Medlock
Bridge Rd. Continue 1.4 miles and turn left
onto Parsons Rd.
Make the first right into Parsons Meadow Professional Park. Once you turn
into the driveway you will be facing the rear of our building... bear to the
right and then to the left to park in front of the building. We are on the
ground floor.
From Highway 316
Exit at the Highway 120 - Duluth Exit (there will be a "Hospital"
sign) and make a right at the end of the ramp onto Highway 120.
Start watching your odometer! Remain on Highway 120 and cross over Highway
85 (at the 4 mile mark). Also cross over Jct. 23/13 (Buford Highway) at
the 7.9 mile mark.
After crossing Jct. 23/`113, cross the railroad tracks and bear right continuing
to follow signs for Highway 12. At the 8.1 mile marker make a quick left
onto Abbotts Bridge Rd. (Sign says Alpharetta/ Marietta).
Stay on Abbots Bridge Rd. (3.7 miles) crossing over Peachtree Industrial
Blvd. Turn left onto Medlock Bridge Rd. (At this point you will have
gone 11.8 miles... there will be a BP Station on the right and H-Mart on the
left).
Travel .4 miles and turn right onto Parsons Rd. Make the first right into
Parsons Meadow Professional Park at the BB&T Bank. Once in the parking lot, make an
immediate left and then bear right to Building 10700. If you miss the
turn, go to the light at Parsons Road and turn right. Make a first right
into the parking lot. Once you turn into the driveway you will be facing the rear of our building... bear to the right and then to the left to park in front of the building. We are on the ground
floor.
From 400 South
Exit onto GA 120/Old Milton Parkway (Exit 10) and turn left. Old Milton
Parkway turns into State Bridge Rd.
Go 2.4 miles and turn left onto Abbotts Bridge Rd. (Just pass the Publix
which in on the right).
Stay on Abbotts Bridge Rd. approx. 2.2 miles and turn right onto Parsons Rd.
(Laurel Ridge Subdivision is your landmark on the left and Parson Run is on the
right).
Stay on Parsons Rd. for 1.4 miles and turn left into the parking lot of Parsons
Meadow Professional Building. Once you turn into the driveway you will be
facing the rear of our building... bear to the right and then to the left to
park in front of the building. We are on the ground floor.
