Integrative Case Management
Many of our clients use complementary and alternative medicine services such as homeopathy, acupuncture, yoga, herbalists, etc. In addition to traditional medical case management services, Dr. Gottlieb coordinates with not just professionals from western medicine, but alternative healing practitioners as requested. Integrative case management has a special focus on treating the entire person, addressing traditional medical management, lifestyle and diet, and complementary and alternative care.
Expert Witness
Dr. Gottlieb provides expert testimony in cases involving brain injury, brain-related vision loss, and low-vision. Dr. Gottlieb provides this testimony for both plaintiffs and defendants.

Integrative Medicine
When East meets West in medicine, the result can be a practice focusing on the whole person - mind, body, and spirit - blending complementary and alternative healing practices with traditional western medicine.
Low-vision care
When glasses alone are not enough, there is hope for those with vision loss. A trained medical specialist can provide additional options such as bioptic driving, changes in lighting, high-power magnifiers, and occupational and mobility training.

Neuro-optometric rehabilitation is a medical discipline that focuses on the eyes' interaction with the brain. Neuro-ooptometric rehabilitation treats people with brain-related vision problems.
Osteopathic Care
Osteopaths are board-certified medical doctors who have additional training in the art of cranial and spinal adjustment known as osteopathic manual manipulation (OMM). OMM takes into account the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health of a patient.
Record Review
Upon request, Dr. Gottlieb can review treatment records from other physicians and look at the measures taken to see if the treatment team seems to have a good understanding of your case, and if there are other treatment options available that have not been considered.
